Warranty & Returns
All products you buy from us have a legal warranty. This means that a product must be in good condition on delivery and function properly under normal use. You should be able to use a product without problems for a certain period of time. How long a product lasts depends on what product it is. A product is not good if it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not functioning properly.
If a product does not function properly within the applicable warranty period, we will look for an appropriate solution as soon as possible (for example by means of a (free) repair, a new replacement product or crediting the amount paid). If the problem with the product is caused by your own fault, the right to a (free) repair, a new replacement product or credit of the amount paid will lapse. Have you used the product normally but it is just worn out? Even then the right lapses a (free) repair, a new replacement product or credit of the amount paid.
The invoice (or other proof of purchase) of your order is the warranty of your product(s).
Right of return (consumer)
We do everything we can to serve you correctly. Our products are of excellent quality and come from reliable and well-known manufacturers. It is of course possible that the product you ordered does not meet your expectations. You can withdraw your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement (for example in writing, by post or email) to withdraw from the contract. You can use the European model withdrawal form ( Model withdrawal form) for this, but you are not obliged to do so. After withdrawal, you must return the purchase to us within 14 days.
You will be credited the full purchase amount if:
- The product is unused and complete;
- The product is undamaged (we may deduct a decrease in value from the amount to be refunded);
- The product is (if reasonably possible) with the original / undamaged packaging.
We may pass on the depreciation of the goods to you, if it is the result of the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product. This depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase amount.
If you return products to us, you do this at your own expense (shipping costs) and risk (loss or damage during return). Always pack the product well, ensure sufficient postage and provide a shipping receipt or proof of receipt. If you cancel the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method as you used to make the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. Return procedure (warranty request, incorrectly ordered)
You want to claim warranty or you accidentally ordered the wrong product. You can request an RMA number from us by email. Here you can briefly indicate the reason for your return. For our contact details see this page.
After receiving your RMA number, print out our return form and fill it out. You can also use the return form as a shipping label by folding it in four and sticking it on the package with our return address.
