Bullet Space Pen, Antimicrobial Raw Brass (#400RAW)
The original Fisher Bullet Space Pen with untreated brass finish (#400RAW). This Fisher Bullet Pen's casing is raw unfinished brass which means that over time it will develop a unique patina as it responds to the environment, owner's body chemistry, and the way he or she handles their pen. It can always be polished to restore its original look.
Antimicrobial properties of raw brass
The raw brass composition of the Fisher #400RAW is made of 85% copper and 15% zinc, making this pen a copper alloy. This copper alloy possesses antimicrobial properties which were registered by the EPA in 2008. The Fisher #400RAW antimicrobial pen can help lessen health risks that we are faced with on a daily basis.

The Fisher Bullet Pen (also referred to as "Fisher Bullet Shaped Pen" and "Fisher Space Pen Bullet") was designed in 1948 and today it is still the most popular Fisher Space Pen. The original Bullet Space Pen was conceived in July of 1948. Paul Fisher was soon machining a new pen design shaped from solid aluminium. It became the first Fisher ball point pen, the #400 Bullet Pen, and arguably the most popular pen of the twentieth century!
All Fisher Space Pens are handcrafted and able to write underwater, over grease, at any angle, upside down, 3-times longer than the average pen, in extreme temperatures ranging from -30°F to +250°F (-34°C to +121°C), and of course in zero gravity. Often imitated but never duplicated!
